We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on our products.   We employ a stringent quality control process that ensures all our products are defect free at the time of order fulfillment.  If you believe you received a defective item, your order is incomplete or your order was damaged from shipping please contact us at Tumblershields@gmail.com with your order number, a photo, and a detailed message and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue! 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at TumblerShields@gmail.com.
